The studio
What is BellAgentic?
BellAgentic is an AI software studio for small service businesses. It is a workspace where you describe an idea, shape it into a brief and build it into working software, running on your own dedicated instance that we host.
Do I pay for Claude separately?
Yes. You use your own Claude plan and pay Anthropic directly. The BellAgentic subscription does not include Claude usage.
Who owns the GitHub account and the code?
You do. You connect your own GitHub account, and the code you build is stored there.
Can I use my own domain?
Studios run on a BellAgentic subdomain that you choose during setup. Custom domains are not part of the plan.
Pricing and billing
How much does it cost?
$299 for setup and $149 per month, including hosting. Claude is billed to you separately by Anthropic. There is no annual commitment.
When will I be charged?
Only after we have reviewed and approved your request and you choose to subscribe through Stripe Checkout. Sending a request is free.
Can I get a refund?
If we cannot complete your setup, we refund your setup fee in full. Monthly fees cover the month they are paid for and are not refunded for part of a month. Our terms of service have the details.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the payment automatically, and your account page asks you to update your payment method. Your studio keeps running while the payment is retried. If it cannot be collected, the subscription ends just as if you had cancelled.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time in the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access through the period you have paid for. We keep your studio and its data for 30 days after your subscription ends, so you can request an export, and then delete it.
Setup and support
When does setup start?
As soon as your payment is confirmed and your setup details are complete. Your account page shows each step until your studio is ready. If we cannot complete your setup, we refund your setup fee in full.
What support is included?
Email support at support@bellagentic.test for operating and troubleshooting the platform, Monday to Friday, with a first reply within one business day. Building new software for you is custom development, which we quote separately.
What do you look after once my studio is running?
We keep the BellAgentic platform running on your server and respond to support requests when something is not working. Your project source is saved to your own private GitHub repository as you work. We answer support requests during support hours, Monday to Friday, and there is no round-the-clock response commitment.
Will you ask for my passwords or API keys?
No. Never send passwords, API keys or tokens in a form or email. We guide you through connecting your Claude and GitHub accounts yourself.
