Terms of service

1. The service

The studio subscription gives your business its own BellAgentic instance on a dedicated server that we host and operate. It includes guided setup, a BellAgentic subdomain for your studio, keeping the BellAgentic platform running on your server, and email support for operating and troubleshooting it.

The subscription does not include your Claude plan, your GitHub account, custom development or custom domains. We provide support during the support hours on our policies page, without a round-the-clock response commitment.

2. Requests and approval

The studio is for businesses. We review every request before you can subscribe, and we may decline a request. Nothing is charged until we have approved your request and you complete checkout.

3. Your Claude and GitHub accounts

You connect your own Claude plan from Anthropic and your own GitHub account. You pay those providers directly, and their own terms apply to your use of them. The code you build is stored in your GitHub account and belongs to you. We never ask you to send us passwords, API keys or tokens.

4. Fees and payment

The studio costs $299 for setup and $149 per month, including hosting, in US dollars. You pay the setup fee and first month when you subscribe, and each month renews automatically on the same day until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. There is no annual commitment.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically and we ask you to update your payment method. Your studio keeps running while the payment is retried. If the payment can’t be collected, the subscription ends and section 6 applies.

5. Refunds

If we can’t complete the setup of your studio, we refund your setup fee in full. Monthly fees cover the month they are paid for and are not refunded for part of a month. If we end your subscription without cause, we refund the unused part of the current month.

6. Cancellation, export and deletion

You can cancel at any time in the Stripe customer portal, available from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

We keep your studio and its data for 30 days after your subscription ends. You can request an export from your account page at any time, including during those 30 days, and we email you a download link within five business days. After 30 days we delete the server and everything on it. Your code in your own GitHub account is not affected.

7. Acceptable use

Use your studio lawfully and for your own business. Don’t use it to attack or disrupt other systems, to store or distribute unlawful content, or to resell access to the server. Follow Anthropic’s and GitHub’s terms when you use their services through your studio. If your use threatens the service, other people or our infrastructure, we may suspend it, and we’ll tell you why as soon as we can.

8. Support and availability

Email support is available at support@bellagentic.test, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 US Eastern time, with a first reply within one business day. Support covers operating and troubleshooting the platform. We work to keep your studio running, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability and the subscription does not include a service-level agreement.

We schedule planned maintenance of your server between 20:00 and 23:00 US Eastern time, Tuesday to Thursday, and we email you at least two business days before it.

9. Custom development

Custom internal tools, customer portals and other development are quoted separately in writing. Work starts only after you accept a quote, and the quote sets out its scope, price and payment terms.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms or the subscription price, we email existing subscribers at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before then if you don’t accept it.
