plus a one-time $299 setup fee, charged when you subscribe

How billing works
- We review your request first. You can only check out after we approve it.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- You manage your payment method, invoices and cancellation in the Stripe customer portal.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically and your account page asks you to update your card. Your studio keeps running while it does.
Refunds and cancelling
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We keep your studio and its data for 30 days after that, so you can request an export, and then delete it.
If we can’t complete your setup, we refund your setup fee in full. Monthly fees aren’t refunded for part of a month. Read our service policies and terms of service for the details.
